Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Matzy. We are committed to getting your Matzy products to you safely and as quickly as possible.
Shipping within Australia
Matzy currently ships orders Australia wide.
Orders are dispatched from Queensland via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Processing times
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days of receiving your order.
During busy periods, product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or Australian public holidays.
Delivery times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally:
- QLD: 2-5 business days
- NSW, VIC, SA and ACT: 3-7 business days

WA, NT and TAS: 5-10 business days
These are estimates only and delivery times may vary depending on your location, Australia Post services and circumstances outside our control.
Remote and regional areas may require additional delivery time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping option selected.
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us and we will assist where we can.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
Matzy is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer.
If you realise that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, however, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Authority to leave/Signature on Delivery
Where the delivery service offers an Authority to Leave option, your parcel may be left in a safe location at the delivery address.
Matzy is not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged after being safely delivered in accordance with the delivery instructions provided by the customer.
If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please select Signature on Delivery, if no one is available to receive the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.
Delayed or missing parcels
While we work with reputable delivery providers, once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier or postal service.
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you believe your parcel has been lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@matzy.com.au
We will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and assist you wherever possible.
Damaged parcels
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your Matzy product has been damaged during delivery, please contact us at hello@matzy.com.au as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product.
We will assess the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
International Shipping
At this time, Matzy ships within Australia only.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
